I suspect this is where many people get 'stuck'. I believe at some point of the installation / update, the installer needs access to certain folder which requires admin right.

So, when I saw new update available, I quit Bandlab Assistant, then re-open it as administrator before updating. Even when I log in using administrator account, Windows keeps asking often time that I need administrator right to perform many things (like copying files to specific folder).

I know, it seems obvious since my Windows DAW only has one account (primary used) and it is already assigned as administrator, however running the application as administrator makes sure I run trouble free installation. Note: you will not be able to download your software before the PLAY app is downloaded through the manager.Just a tip for those who has problem installing, it *could* be permission problem.
